    Hi,

I am trying to get the genesis enews plugin to align correctly. I have installed and activated the plugin and also set up the various fields required to link to mailchimp. Subscribing is working correctly.

My issue relates to the slightly untidy layout I am getting ( my site URL is as supplied for my previous thread). I have tried changing the before and after text but the layout is still a little untidy. As I am adding this widget to the same position ( Home Top) as the banner image I spoke of in my last thread I am wondering if the css re the banner image could be affecting this ?

    Hi

It seems you have activated additional elements which is breaking the layout. Turning off: Last name and after form text should adjust the alignment automatically. Refer – http://demo.simpleprothemes.com/flex/agency/

If you are too pressed to have those fields, then CSS alignment has to be done. However, end result may look little weird as there is too less space to fit so many elements.

    Thanks Davinder,

I hadn’t noticed that the demo only had three fields. I have now amended it and the layout now fits. However it seems rather a pity not to capture the name information and only having one name field might confuse visitors . I may relegate the enews plugin widget to a sidebar on the inside pages – there should be plenty of room in that location.

    Hi Padraig

We can adjust “last’ name field in that location with bit of CSS changes. Send me login details of the site via contact form, I will have a look.
