ParticipantHi Guys!
I’ve stalked the whole the site, and can’t seem to find the correct answer.
How can I change the colors of:
Default widget title colors
Nav menu colors
Nav menu hover colors
Button Colors
And all of that fun jazz?
I’ve tried editing it in the .css file, but no color change happened. That’s including deleting cache. I read some other place that someone else did the same thing, but took forever for the code to “catch up”? Is this true?
Thank you for any help!
It’s for my site: http://foodnservice.com-

ModeratorIdeally, you can change color of any element via CSS. You have a cache plugin installed, can you disable that and check if CSS changes appear?
Also, which web hosting are you using? Some web hosts have own server level caching setup.

ParticipantHi Davinder –
Two things:
1. following on from this thread:
In the default Business theme most elements have a Gold colour (ie. Buttons, Undelines etc).
Is there a global CSS setting that affects all these elements, so we can just change the one setting?
2. With the headings inside Simple Pro Banners, is there a simple CSS trick so that we can add a basci drop shadow to the text?Great themes!
thanks in advance

ModeratorPhilip, the gold color is defined in the style.css file of the child theme. You may edit it from there.

ParticipantHi Davinder
Many thanks
I’ve isolated all the various css snippets that relate to the colours. There are a lot.
Your themes are excellent, and the allowance for BB is great for us.Can I make a suggestion?
One thing that would help us as developers is to have an ‘Accent’ colour adjustment in the Customiser. SEO Themes does this very well (see screenshot)
At the moment with your theme we have to isolate all the different css elements and alter them.
Is this something you might consider for future updates?thanks again
