    Guys,

    I just clicked on the update genesis button by mistake, and now the site is totally screwed. Can you help me get my customizations back? I am so silly and am desperate.

    Ps: Specifically I lost the sidebar (its all now in the footer type area) and the header at the top is all wonky

    Download the latest version Flex Pro theme from My Account (http://www.simpleprothemes.com/my-account/) page and update the theme.

    Thanks, I had my host roll back the genesis framework. If I instal the new flex theme, will it cause any issues on the old genesis framework?

    Oh also, there is no download on that page. It says 404. In my download page is empty.

    Your account is expired now. You can’t download the file. You will renew or upgrade the license.

    I am confused, why do I need to buy the theme again? I was not aware of that at the time I purchased it. My whole site looks stupid now and I just want it to work – I dont see why I have to buy it all again.

    Please check here under the “personal” license column http://my.simpleprothemes.com/flex/

    Personal license allow “1 year Access & Updates”. After one calendar year, renewal for updates and support is required (if user wants, else is optional). This has been there ever since theme was launched, were is the disconnect – please elaborate.

    Right, well I guess I never expected that the theme would stop functioning after 12 months. I have had themes before that I used for many years with no issues at all.

    There were few changes in the latest Genesis update, hence child theme has to be updated accordingly. Such update has never happened before in Genesis, hence the issue.

    It was clearly mentioned at the time of purchase, personal license allow one year of updates and support. Do we have any disconnect here?
